Returns & Exchanges

If your order isn’t quite right, you can send it back for within 14 days of delivery. You’ll have the option of a full refund to your original payment method or store credit if that’s your preference.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is on us

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Place a new order for what you want, and return your original item. Once we get it back, we’ll process a refund.

Final Sale Items

All items marked as clearance or final sale cannot be returned or refunded. 

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

Need more time to confirm something like an address? Reach out within that window — we can pause the order for up to 12 extra hours by request.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your package is missing, delayed, or not showing as delivered, contact us immediately. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier, which can take up to 8 business days. If it turns out your package was lost or mishandled, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If tracking shows the package was delivered correctly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use a secure delivery address and consider shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the package.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping fees to be resent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
